Whether your Skyline needs to match existing buildings or fit under a tree that’s in the way, you’ll find we have a variety of roof options.

Colour Options (Roof & Championboard)

The standard roof

Skyline’s very own 6-rib steel roofing with special aluminium edge ridge flashing has heaps of advantages including easy gutter replacement. For other options, such as corrugated iron, give us a call and we can talk you through them.

The standard Skyline roof includes:

• Roof purlins never further apart than 1m
• Wall studs never further apart than 600mm
• Trusses never more than 1.2m apart

Garaports/Verandah

An extended roof line can be added to the gable end or a Garaport can be added to the side of a building to provide extra space for storage of caravans, boats, etc. Great for outdoor living, BBQ area, childrens play area, or drying clothes on a wet day.

The pitch

Standard roof

Our standard roof pitch is 15 degrees, so the roof won’t get in the way of your view. It’ll also easily fit within height to boundary criteria, so the lads and ladies at the council will be happy.

Flat roof

Skyline can give you a roof at a pitch of just four degrees.

Custom pitch

If your roof pitch simply has to match any other buildings on site, such as your house or dog kennel, never fear. We have many pitch options available.

Extras

Once you’ve chosen your roof, there are a few other tweaks you can make. It might pay to talk them through with your local Skyline supplier, as they’ll be able to iron out exactly what you need. Some options include:
